Our Company strives to provide best and fast service to our customer and will deliver / ship out the item within the time frame agreed upon payment, as mentioned on the product page.
However, if you are not available to accept / receipt the package upon delivery, the postman will leave you a notice card with instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the carrier center. We offer FREE DELIVERY shipping fee all regions within MALAYSIA which subject to terms and condition as follows:
KLANG VALLEY
Free Shipment. However, a flat shipment fee charged for RM10 for order value less than RM60
WEST Malaysia
Free Shipment. However a flat shipment fee charged for RM10 for order value less than RM70
EAST Malaysia
Free Shipment. However, a flat shipment fee charged for RM15 for orders value below RM100
- All purchases subject to 6% GST on total value purchase which imposed by Government
- In the event the buyer did not received the orders within the reasonable time frame, kindly contact our Customer Service by providing your order number for further investigation. We will revert back to you within 1-2 working days.
- Please allow 1 to 3 working days delivery time within Peninsular Malaysia and 6 to 12 working days delivery time to any other countries outside Malaysia.
